Benign Nevi

These should be checked by a dermatologist using a dermatoscope or computer videoscopy before removal. It can only then be determined if a mole can be removed or not. Pigmented moles MUST be surgically removed so that they can be biopsied.

Only benign cosmetically disfiguring moles can be removed using the laser. It is therefore recommended that we determine if the mole is benign or not using the latest technology as stated above to determine therapy.
